My name is Miss Jhumar. I'm an experienced teacher with 20+ years’ teaching Montessori and IB curriculum. I specialize in Math, Hindi and English from kindergarten to 8th grade. I have a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Houston, Texas. I have taught 1000+ students while designing individualized digital learning journeys for a diverse group of students in India as well in the United States. My teaching philosophy is based on the Montessori approach i.e. learning by doing while having fun!

I have over 20 years of teaching students in schools which follow International curriculums! I'm certified to teach students from Pre-K to Grade 8. I create a comfortable and fun learning-teaching environment in my virtual class! Students immediately connect with me and are able to grasp concepts easily via innovative web-based teaching.

In addition to the 20 years of teaching experience, I have been teaching online since a very long time! When a parent or a student books a trial lesson with me, I discuss the student goals to be achieved with them. Then, I plan and prepare and each class to meet these goals according to the learning pace of each student.
